Terms of Use

The service

resyu.me helps you create a resume and download it as a PDF. The free plan includes one resume, one template, PDF download and PDF delivery by email. Features marked "Coming soon" (such as AI features and personal websites) are not available yet, and no payments are taken.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use resyu.me.

Your content

• Your resume belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you write.
• You allow us to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to save it, show the preview, create the PDF and email it to you.
• You are responsible for what your resume says. Please make sure it is truthful and that you have the right to include any information about other people (for example, references).

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use resyu.me for anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading;
• try to access other people's data or interfere with the service's security;
• overload the service, for example with automated requests;
• upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or remove access if these rules are broken.

No guarantees

We work to keep resyu.me reliable, but it is provided "as is". We can't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, and a resume does not guarantee an interview or a job. Please keep your own copy of your resume (you can download the PDF at any time).

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using resyu.me at any time and delete your resume and account yourself from My resume. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will update the date at the top of this page, and tell users who have saved a resume by email about important changes.

Governing law and contact
